Should I decide I do not wish to renew my car insurance policy with you, when do I have to notify you by?
You must let us know whether or not you wish to renew your policy before the date your policy with us expires by calling us on 0845 246 8706. You’ll find your expiry date on your motor insurance certificate.
We’ll send you a renewal notice 28 days before your renewal date.
Remember if your policy is set to automatically renew, we’ll renew it, unless you tell us not to before the renewal date.
