What does my membership include?
Your Home Response 24 membership includes cover for your Heating, Plumbing and drainage, Electrics and Security (External locks, windows and doors).
Not only will it take the hassle of finding and appointing an fully qualified repairer for you from a network of fully vetted tradesmen, Direct Line will also fully manage your Home emergency from the moment you call to advise us of the problem, to the moment the authorised repairer has completed the job and left the premises. And, it doesn't just stop there however, Direct Line will also provide you with a 12 month guarantee on all permanent repairs. Home Response 24 offers you a choice of membership to suit your needs.
Response From £7 per month Membership includes:

- Call out fees
