I have changed my name/address. Who do I need to inform?
In order to make changes to your loan account we are required to do a security check, which we can only do by speaking directly to you. Please call us on 0845 301 1657 and one of our advisers will be happy to change your personal details.
Our lines are open 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. (Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays).
