1. This offer is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18+ during the promotional period of 24th February to 31st March 2014.
  2. Customers must purchase Direct Line Pet Insurance online from Direct Line within the promotional period to claim the reward.
  3. Once the promotion has ended on 31st March 2014, there will be a mandatory 20 day cooling off period before each qualifying customer will receive next stage communication of the offer. Any customer who cancels their policy during their 20 day cooling off period will no longer be valid for the promotion. Following the 20 day cooling off period and the end of the promotion, each qualifying customers will receive an email containing a link to a promotional website where they will need to enter their details and choose which reward they would like to receive.   4. Customers may choose between a Direct Line Take Two Cinema Card or a PetPlanet.co.uk Gift Voucher. Only one application per participant per household is permitted.
  5. Depending on reward chosen, customers will follow one of two routes:
    a. Direct Line Take Two Cinema Card – Customers will be sent a Direct Line Take Two Cinema Card and wallet within 14 days of request.
    b. PetPlanet.co.uk Gift Voucher - Customers will be sent a PetPlanet.co.uk Activation Voucher within 14 days of request. Customers must then visit the promotional site to activate their voucher within 30 days. Customers will then be sent a PetPlanet.co.uk gift voucher with a £20 value.
  6. Your claim will be deemed invalid if;
    a. are under 18 years old;
    b. reside outside of the UK;
    c. do not have a valid email address;
    d. have not purchased Direct Line Pet Insurance between 24th February and 31st March 2014;
    e. have not completed your claim on the promotional microsite correctly;
    f. have not submitted the claim on the promotional microsite within 30 days of receipt of email; and/or
    g. have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by Direct Line Group in its sole discretion.
    h. Have not completed your 20 day cooling off period or have cancelled your policy.
  7. The Promoter and agent reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value and to withdraw the promotion at any time deemed necessary owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  1. This offer is open to recipients of a Direct Line Take Two cinema card valid for United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents 18+ only.
  2. The Direct Line Take Two cinema card is valid for repeat use for 12 months following day of card activation and entitles the bearer to receive one free cinema voucher when another is purchased at the promotional price stated on this website (prices vary as specified in points 8 to 12). Prices are based on Saturday night top box office prices for adult tickets.
  3. There is a strict maximum of one cinema card per person.
  4. There is a maximum of ten voucher orders per customer per day during the cinema card’s validity – subject to promotional availability.
  5. The Direct Line Take Two cinema card alone does not give you discounted entry. Customers must enter the promotional website to buy vouchers for redemption at the participating cinemas. Customers attempting to use their cinema card at a cinema venue without vouchers will be required to pay full price for all tickets.
  6. All cinema vouchers are for adult priced tickets only. Children, senior citizen, student and discounted tickets are not included in this offer.
  7. Please note all cinemas are subject to change and prices vary depending on cinema chain.
  8. In the case of Empire Cinemas you will be charged based on current Saturday night top box office prices for each venue. Visit www.empirecinemas.co.uk to view cinema’s terms and conditions. Vouchers are not valid for Special Presentations such as Opera or Ballet. A surcharge payable on arrival at the cinema will apply for 3D/IMAX films or those shown on IMPACT screens.
  9. Showcase vouchers will be charged at the current Saturday night top box office price for each individual cinema. Visit www.showcasecinemas.co.uk to view cinema’s terms and conditions. A surcharge payable on arrival at the cinema will apply for 3D / IMAX films and / or any premium seating (where relevant).
  10. In the case of Reel Cinemas you will be charged based on the current Saturday night top box office prices across these cinemas. Visit www.reelcinemas.co.uk to view cinema's terms and conditions.
  11. In the case of Picturehouse you will be charged based on current Saturday night top box office prices for each venue. Visit www.picturehouses.co.uk to view cinema’s terms and conditions.
  12. In the case of Scott, Merlin and all other independent cinemas you will be charged half of the current Saturday night top box office price at that cinema. Visit www.scottcinemas.co.uk or www.merlincinemas.co.uk to view cinema’s terms and conditions.
  13. Customers can purchase their cinema vouchers online at the campaign website plus a handling fee of £1.50 per booking to cover handling and postage. If 8 or more vouchers are ordered there is a £2.50 handling fee to cover recorded delivery. When purchasing vouchers online, customers will be mailed (via first class post or recorded delivery) their cinema vouchers for use at participating cinemas. Cinema vouchers may be used in exchange for tickets (subject to voucher terms, availability and any applicable age restrictions). These cinema vouchers are exchanged directly on arrival at the participating cinema for tickets to the same film performance.
  14. Cinema vouchers purchased online via the campaign website before 3.30pm will be posted out the following working day. Purchases made after 3.30pm will be posted out within 2 working days. Purchases made on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday excluding bank holidays. Orders of 8 or more vouchers will be sent using recorded delivery.
  15. Once a voucher is purchased no refunds are available.
  16. The voucher may not be used to reserve or purchase tickets by telephone, online or via any mobile app.
  17. Cinema vouchers must be presented at a participating cinema and possession of a cinema card or voucher does not guarantee or reserve a seat. Seating is subject to availability. All other accompanying customers must pay the full price.
  18. It is the responsibility of the holder to use the cinema card and voucher by the specified expiry date. Cinema vouchers have varying expiry dates depending on the cinema chosen. Cinema vouchers are sold with the understanding that they will not be extended or replaced.
  19. Cinema cards and voucher(s) cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of the promoter, its agents or of participating cinemas.
  20. Please note that due to advance booking policies the film and performance you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available. Use of the cinema vouchers is subject to seat booking availability.
  21. The holder of the cinema card and vouchers is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
  22. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TLC discount offer or for special events where the admission value is greater than the value of a standard admission ticket.
  23. Film classification rules apply. ID may be required.
  24. Cinema cards and vouchers are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  25. Neither the promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cinema cards or vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
  26. The promoter and its agents, are not liable for any loss suffered by customers when using the cinema card or vouchers.
  27. The promoter and its agents reserves the right to vary or terminate these terms and conditions and/or the promotion on reasonable notice but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer to avoid undue disappointment. Any variation and/or termination of these terms and conditions and/or the promotion will be posted on the Take Two website. In the case of variation or amendment to the terms and conditions and/or promotion, a participant’s continued use of the Take Two cinema card will constitute acceptance of any variation or amendment made.
  28. The promoter, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of the cinema card or vouchers or (b) any inability by the bearer to use the card or vouchers properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  29. Any disputes between customers pertaining to the use of the cinema card or vouchers are strictly between the customers and the participating cinema.
  30. The promoter and it’s agents reserve the right to withdraw or substitute the reward with one of equal or greater value and any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. Qualifying customers are entitled to a £20 voucher to spend at PetPlanet.co.uk.
  4. To claim the £20 PetPlanet.co.uk voucher customers will be posted a PetPlanet.co.uk Activation voucher within 14 days of request. Customers must then visit the promotional site to activate their voucher within 30 days. Customers will then be emailed a PetPlanet.co.uk gift voucher with a £20 value.
  5. Activation vouchers will be issued within 14 days of registration on the Direct Line promotional website. Within 30 days of receipt of your Gift Voucher, you will be asked to visit a promotional website to activate your claim.
  6. Customers must then wait 7 days for Gift Vouchers to be emailed. Your PetPlanet.co.uk Gift Voucher will then be emailed with a £20 value.
  7. Each PetPlanet.co.uk Activation voucher is single use. The unique code on each voucher may only be used once.
